I need a tool that allows me to see a whole genome and point out previously annotated genes

Hi guys.

I would like to know if someone knows a tool that can explicitly show the location of a set of genes I have identified with Roary as being unique in my sequenced genome. I've tried Mauve, but no success...do you guys know any other tool that could help me with that? I'd appreciate it.
