Hi,

I have upregulated and downregulated gene expression in mice for the glycolysis, fatty acid ß-oxidatio, tryptophan and NAD pathways. I want to compare these genes to the IBD data base. I have been onto NCBI however I get stuck.

I have analysed DEGs from the colon of the Winnie mouse with chronic intestinal inflammation for the glycolysis, fatty-acid ß-oxidation, tryptophan and nicotinamide pathways. For each pathway there are several up and down-regulated gene expressions.

I would like to correlate the gene expressions of the Winnie moue to the gene expressions of humans with IBD.

The human IBD gene expression list from NCBI GSE83687. https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/geo/geo2r/?acc=GSE83687

From here, there is a list of patients with Crohn's and colitis that can be organised into defined groups.

Does anyone know how to do this?
