Hi all,
I am making a phylogenetic tree of some bacteria. I remember that the Joint Genome Institute used to have a nice collection of images for many of the bacteria that they have sequenced, but I don't see it anywhere on their site now. Does anyone know where those images are now?
Maybe that was back in the day when most of sequenced genomes were from cultured isolates. Hardly anyone does that these days, and chances are they don't have microscopy images for most sequenced MAGs. I imagine that between Google and Wiki there will be at least some images that can be found easily.
