IPA analysis without FDR value column in the data sheet

How can I do IPA core analysis without FDR values column in my data sheet? What should I select to filter out to upload my data on IPA? I have gene names, avj_logFC, p-values, adj_pvalues

You can upload all of it but then designate FC and adj_p values as "observation 1" since they are from the same comparison. IPA minimally requires just the gene names.

So, for p_val_adj observation1, I select Expr Intensity? and just ignore the pct.1 and pct.2?

You can generate FDRs from your pvalues with R for example - plus your p_adj may already be an FDR, some tools mislabel FDR as such.
