Will single-cell sequencing be covered in the workshop?

No, scRNA-Seq will not be part of the Summer School. Maybe we will show some slides about how scRNA-Seq works, but no data analysis in this direction will be performed. Nevertheless, we are planning to add it to our next Summer School in 2024.
