emptyDrops generates different results

I use emptyDrops function without changing any parameters but everytime I run this function, it generates different results. Do any of you know what is the reason behind this?

They take a sampling approach to calculate p-values (see their genome biology paper for more info). If you set a seed set.seed(1) it will likely return the same results every time.
