There are two chloroplast genomes of the related species. Each of them contains one copy of the trnG gene. The gene sequences are identical in both species, but in one of them the gene is annotated as trnG-UCC and as trnG-GCC in another genome. I'm wondering how i may figure out which gene name is correct?

Many thanks,

Denis
