NCBI refseq ids to uniprot ids

I have protein ids from refseq NCBI database. I want the corresponding uniprot ids through command line tool. Please help me to get the code. Thanks

Otherwise use the web based ID mapping tool: https://www.uniprot.org/id-mapping

You can also retrieve the mapping from the file gene_refseq_uniprotkb_collab.gz at the FTP site https://ftp.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/refseq/uniprotkb/.
