Can any one suggest tools that generate "mind-maps" on concepts in biology/biotech?

I am looking for tools that present concepts in graphic relationship to other concepts.

sorry to be blunt but this question is so broad i worry it may not evoke a cogent answer.

you might start by finding a review on the use of directed acyclic graphs in biology, for instance.

Haven't used it, but I've heard good things about Obsidian as a note-taking tool, and it has graphing features that look kind of mind mapping-oriented. (Nothing specific to biology, though.)

I don't know one specifically for biology but I would suggest Miro as a general-purpose mind mapping tool.
