New to CHiP-Seq analysis and saw how noisy this data set I'm handling is. I am trying to run a differential binding analysis. I was wondering how to make the data less noisy. FRiP is low around 0.03 to 0.01 for all samples. Should I try to modify peak calling parameters through Galaxy? Is there a different normalization method?
