Hi all!
I was trying to retrieve information from COSMIC's Actionability project:
The aim of COSMIC Mutation Actionability in Precision Oncology product (Actionability) is to indicate the availability of drugs that target mutations in cancer and track the progress of clinical studies towards making new drugs available (..)
The principal units of actionability are mutation, disease, and drug. Capturing relations between these units allows identification of existing and upcoming drugs that target particular genetic variants in specific cancer types.
- However, after downloading and reviewing the Actionability tsv file available in COSMIC downloads, I notice that most Mutation IDs are blank. Does anyone know the reason behind this? Is there any way I can relate these drugs and diseases on genes to specific mutations?
- For the Mutations IDs that are not empty, I notice they are annotated like this:
51766493 + 51766509 + 51818388 + 51832145
(for example). Do these correspond to any COSMIC ID (legacy or COSV), or what's the meaning behind these numbers?
Thank you so much!!
