Meganizing file via server

I need to upload a 2.5 Gb Diamond sequence file (.daa) to Megan, but it's taking too long, I can do this via the command line through a server, can anyone help me?

In response to your query,I would like to inform that the 2.5 Gb Diamond sequence file (.daa) cannot be directly uploaded to Megan.However,you can convert the .daa file to .rma format[ a megan compatible file format],by using daa2rma tools available within the Megan tools suite..the resized .rma format, you can able to directly upload and view content
