Does anyone know what cmpress is?

Hi! I am trying to make the Trinotate boilerplate and apparently I'm missing cmpress.

data/programs/Trinotate-Trinotate-v4.0.1/Trinotate --create  --db
myTrinotate.sqlite  --trinotate_data_dir
/data/programs/Trinotate-Trinotate-v4.0.1/util/databases 
--use_diamond

which: no cmpress in path

-error, cannot locate required utility: cmpress, be sure it is installed and available via your PATH env var setting which: no cmpress in path

First I tried conda install cmpress. The solver failed and couldn't find the package on anaconda.

Solving environment: failed with initial frozen solve. Retrying with flexible solve.

PackagesNotFoundError: The following packages are not available from current channels:
- cmpress

Biostars' search only popped up one mention about cmpress which wasn't any help.

I tried searching for it on google but all the results show issues about file compressing and not the package cmpress.

Does anyone know where I can find the source code or does anyone know what program it's supposed to be part of?

cmpress can be found in Infernal package. Several types of installation are described.

I didn't realize that is what Infernal was for, I wonder why it's listed as optional on the wiki if it's needed to make the boilerplate.
