Dear all,

Registration is now open for the 3rd edition of the course "DNA METHYLATION IN ECOLOGY AND EVOLUTION"

Dates: online, 30 October -3 November

This comprehensive course will cover various approaches to obtain and analyze DNA methylation data, including bisulfite sequencing (BS-seq) using Illumina, PacBio, and Oxford Nanopore technologies. The data will be interpreted in terms of their biological importance in the field of ecology and evolution. While the examples demonstrated will primarily focus on non-model organisms with draft reference genomes available, we will also discuss various applications of this data type for diverse research purposes.
