using vg on DNA-nexus platform

I have data stored on the DNA-Nexus cloud service and I would like to utilize the vg tool, particularly the giraffe alignment tool, with this data. I attempted to open a dxjupiterlab environment and used the terminal to install vg. However, after installation, the system does not recognize vg, and I receive the response "bash: vg: command not found." Could you please advise on how I can successfully use vg on this platform?

This is a commercial cloud provider. You need to contact DNANexus support, it is what you are paying for. We have no access to the internal workings of the platform nor does it make sense that we support a commercial provider for free.
