Why this alignment is shown as "Tandem Duplication"/"Translocation on the Same Chromosome" when coloring by pair orientation in IGV?

This alignment from illumina sequencing is arranged in a convergent form, which should be shown as a norm pair, if I understand the pair orientation schema of IGV correctly.

However, it is shown in green color, that is interpreted as "Tandem Duplication" or "Translocation on the Same Chromosome" when coloring alignment by Pair Orientation.

What's wrong here?
