Hi, that's pretty cool once it works smoothly. I noticed that the Nextflow pipelines are all based on the deprecated DSL1, whereas now for some month/years DSL2 is the production DSL. I tried the What else should we know about your pipeline? to let the AI know about that but it did not care. Still, if this at some point works smoothly and on-demand that will reduce much of the annoying burden to stitch pipelines.
