Hi, I need help understanding the sequencing result below. It's a frozen nuclei tissue sequenced using 10x genomics V3. The first thing I checked in seurat is attached below in the figure. Is it good data or is it possible to make any sense of this data? I am a bit confused with the results we have. What would be your suggestions?

Thanks,

Could you please show us you cell density in log10 scale (Log10 cell density)?

We generally expect the UMI counts per be above 500. In majority of your cells, the UMI counts in your data is still near 500 mark and should have some biology in it. However, you should have sequenced them more deeply.

Hi, what do you mean by deeply sequenced, can I improve the quality by resequencing?
