Hello! I am currently in the middle of a Master's Degree in Bioinformatics. I still have much to learn, so I wonder what do recruiters expect from a junior bioinformatician, and what would make that person employable? What hard and soft skills are required for a junior bioinformatician?

Even though I still have some months left in order to finish it, I want to start taking some steps to be more employable. What hard and soft skills are required for a junior bioinformatician?
