Non-coding DNA structure prediction recomendation

Dear expert colleagues, As a genomicist, my knowledge regarding predicting the 3D structure of non-coding DNA and RNA is very limited. While I know a few popular servers/pipelines for basic RNA secondary structure prediction, I would like to seek your kind recommendation on the new developments since I know there are many other tools available that I am unaware of. My goal is to predict the most likely structure of a short non-coding DNA in a basic way. Thank you in advance for any suggestion

There is a Vector Builder website where you can input your DNA sequences. It will predict structure for you input DNA.

Thanks. Is it also applicable to non-transcribed DNA?
