Hi all,

I'm currently trying to bring back to life an old project I once worked on in structural biology. This was coded years ago and I have a hard time remembering how everything works (and we lost some data inbetween).

Until a few years ago, PDB was not using MMseqs2 to generate cluster files. The formats were quite different back then, so was the content. I only managed to find some of our old bc-{identity}.out files, but none of the clusters{identity}.txt files.

Other than most up-to-date files, which don't match with the required formats, I can't seem to find any snapshot from PDB regarding these specific files:

ftp://resources.rcsb.org/sequence/clusters/bc-100.out
ftp://resources.rcsb.org/sequence/clusters/bc-30.out
ftp://resources.rcsb.org/sequence/clusters/bc-40.out
ftp://resources.rcsb.org/sequence/clusters/bc-50.out
ftp://resources.rcsb.org/sequence/clusters/bc-70.out
ftp://resources.rcsb.org/sequence/clusters/bc-90.out
ftp://resources.rcsb.org/sequence/clusters/bc-95.out
ftp://resources.rcsb.org/sequence/clusters/clusters50.txt
ftp://resources.rcsb.org/sequence/clusters/clusters70.txt
ftp://resources.rcsb.org/sequence/clusters/clusters90.txt
ftp://resources.rcsb.org/sequence/clusters/clusters95.txt
ftp://resources.rcsb.org/sequence/clusters/not_in_clusters.txt

Therefore, I'm wondering if there is a different source that I failed to find (with a version of these files from between 2018 and 2020), and if not, is there anyone who has kept those files since then and would be willing to share them?

Thank you

Edit: Found a source.
