NCBI nt seqid2taxid.map

Hi all,

I was wondering if anyone could share with me a link to a seqid2taxid.map that would be built when generating a Kraken2 database for NCBI. I need it to make a taxonomy.csv file for use with KrakenTools. However I downloaded the database from here but those files were not contained within.

Link above says the following:

As of March 2023, each index includes a ktaxonomy.tsv file giving the output of the make_ktaxonomy.py script from KrakenTools.

Is that equivalent to the file you are looking for?

It is equivalent, however for some reason that file is not included in the nt database. I opened an issue on the github.
