I am trying to understand ENCODE eCLIP-seq bed.gz data. I can assume chromosome, start, end, RBP_cellline, but then I do not understand the rest of the column's meaning. I tried to search everywhere, but I couldn't find it. Any idea of the rest of the column meanings? I wish there were documentation, but I couldn't find it in the ENCODE documentation either.
