This is an open ended broad question that is going to be difficult to concisely answer.
All cloud providers at a minimum provide infrastructure (virtual machines, clusters, networking, storage) that you can use for doing any analysis you normally do on local hardware. You are basically renting the hardware for a certain amount of time and paying for that rental.
As for genomic data hosted on cloud storage there are examples from AWS: https://registry.opendata.aws/tag/genomic/ Google has similar datasets available: https://cloud.google.com/life-sciences/docs/resources/public-datasets NCBI supports using BLAST in a cloud environment: https://blast.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/doc/blast-help/cloudblast.html
Then there are commercial providers (like DNANexus) that provide analysis tools using the cloud but abstracting the cloud complexities from the end user.

do you want to host there your own tool? If not, why not try Galaxy? It's the online bioinformatics platform that you are probably looking for
I need information regarding those cloud platforms. Yes Galaxy is there but I need to show the difference.
