Download files from EBI ftp

How to download the entire v2g_scored directory of open targets on my MAC from the command line or ftp client ?? I tried wget but it doesn't work and i tried with Fillezilla but this is not working as well.

Great thank you. i didn't use --no-parent which seems to be important !

The critical part is to replace the https part of the URL by ftp://
