Cancer drug target identification from gene expression data of patients?

Are there any (possibly) R libraries that aim at identifying drug targets from cancer gene expression data of clinical cohorts? I have identified two subtypes in a certain cancer from multiple clinical cohorts with gene expression data. What I would like to do is to identify potential drug targets in the high-risk group. I also have differential gene expression results between the high- vs. low-risk group. I guess somehow cell line drug screening data could or should be involved as well.

I don't think there is a general model for all cancer entities, and R might also not be the ideal platform (wrappers around AI models may exist, though). I recall one paper for AML a couple of months ago, maybe this gives you a starting point.
