I have a folder in Geneious which contains over a hundred read mapping files, showing rna-seq reads mapping to genomic scaffolds. Each one of these files is also annotated with multiple gff files, which I will use for a TPM analysis. I realized I used the wrong annotations however, and would now like to to clear every single file in my folder of all annotations.
I can't seem to find any function on Geneious that would allow me to simply remove all annotations from a selected list of sequences; so far it seems like the only solution would be to select each sequence individually and manually delete the annotations. This would be incredibly tedious and likely error prone, and so I was hoping that someone here would know how to expedite the process. Thank you!

tech support.Fair enough! I did send them an email, but am not too optimistic about their response rates. sI'm crossing my fingers that either someone here knows how to do it or that they answer me soon.
