Recently, I want to use TAR cloning technology to rescue RNA viruses. The problem is that the RNA virus I want to rescue is a segmented virus. Should I recombine the segmented genome onto the same vector, or use different vectors to load different segments?
In addition, if you have any good suggestions or other techniques that can solve my problem, please leave a message below or contact me directly. I will sincerely thank you for your suggestion.
