Mapping Mutations, Protein Domains, Exon structure on a Protein Figure/Visualization with annoations

I want to make a figure of a protein with annotated mutations, exon number, and protein domains. MutationMapper on cbioportal is god but it lacks protein annotations that I find in InterPro.

I know this was asked before but it was so long ago that an update is due (Map genetic mutations to protein domain/structure)

Currently, based on the old post GenVisR's lolliplot-mutation is so far looking like the best contender.
