Hello everybody,

I'm working on a study about the evolution of cells. In this project, we need single-cell sequencing data. We aim to analyze the difference between the mutation of cells in comparison with the reference genome. Is there a database of this that already mapped the reads of single cells to the human reference genome?

You will find lots of sources of raw sequence data (noted in jv answer). If you end up getting data from multiple sources you will want to do the alignment yourself since everything will need to be treated identically.

There are several scRNA-seq databases including

  1. Chan Zuckerberg CELL by GENE Discover https://cellxgene.cziscience.com/
  2. 10x Genomics Datasets https://www.10xgenomics.com/resources/datasets
  3. PanglaoDB https://panglaodb.se/
  4. NCBI Gene Expression Omnibus
