Dear biostars-community!
I am still very new to the field of RNAseq analysis and I struggle with interpretation of the mean-variance trend. Specifically, I am not sure whether I can continue with the analysis based on my "voom plot" (see below). Can anyone help me with the interpretation? I have read the corresponding papers and done the tutorials but I still feel unsure about what the mean-variance trend is about and how to correctly filter my counts table.
If you have any references or tutorial that you can recommend, I would highly appreciate it!
