Hi.

In my dataframe, I have two columns, each a unique group. Rownames are unique names of bacterias. I would like to run a t-test by row between these two column groups. How can I run the t-test I want?

You've made several posts, and from a quick look through them you seldom interact with those that try to help other than when you can't figure out how to use their suggestions. This isn't a useful way to use these forums. I have interacted with you before, so I may be biased.

That is not how biostars or any open forum works. Show example data that people can use, and show your efforts so far. "Do my work" is not appreciated.
