We were trying to create click action to obtain data from another dataframe using row_index and column_index from the main Oncoprint plot. For this, we were referring to htShinyExample-5.3, which is giving an error in
readChar(con, 5L, useBytes=TRUE): cannot open the connection.
Kindly suggest us an alternative or help us to resolve this error.
Show us the exact code you’re using or at least as much of it as you can.
Also, who’s “we” and “us”?
