Hello, I'm wondering what's the best way to create a feature-matched set of variants. For example, I have set X of eQTL and I want to compare them to non-eQTL sites with the same allele frequency, LD score, and the gene's expression level. I could do something crude like define bins for each feature and for each eQTL select a non-eQTL from the same set of bins, but I'm wondering if there's a more efficient and accepted way to do this. Thanks in advance!
