As part of a systematic review, I am conducting a bioinformatic analysis of metabolomic data. I would like to know which parameters are crucially relevant in this context, such as p-value and FDR. My lack of familiarity with metabolomics prevents me from identifying which metrics are most appropriate for extracting data from original articles. Could someone with this knowledge provide guidance on the essential parameters I should consider?

Thank you.
