Where to download excel file to include major human disease, prevalence and incidence? looks like we also call it disease burden

Does anyone know where I can download an Excel file that has data on major human diseases, including their prevalence and incidence rates? I'm looking for a comprehensive dataset that I can analyze regarding disease trends over time. If you know of any good public sources for such a file, please let me know.
