When I planned to analyze the data of single cell hic, I found that a preset file needed in the processing process was barcode file. I downloaded the data through SRA, but barcode data was not included in it. I would like to know how to find the barcode file and download it
the picture is what i found in schicexplorer.but i don't know how to download files like this in other datas. This file is stored in the GEO database, but I found that other schic datas in the GEO don't have such file.
