sample data for plant RNA seq analysis

Hello

I'm going to learn the RNA seq using Galaxy to use it for our data from an experiment on tomato. I would be happy to see and have a small size data (similar to those of ours) to run the galaxy faster. The test data from any group is desired.

You can get it from SRA Database.

You can search SRA, but I prefer NCBI Gene Expression Omnibus (aka GEO) for something like this. You can always reduce the size of the data set your self by subsetting the fastq files.
