I see a bunch of new books on statistical genetics in Amazon now -

Statistical Genetics: Gene Mapping Through Linkage and Association

Handbook of Statistical Genetics (2 volume set)

Mathematical and Statistical Methods for Genetic Analysis

Statistical Genetics of Quantitative Traits: Linkage, Maps and QTL

Am I missing a classic book on Linkage and GWAS analysis?

I got this one on Amazon which is way cheaper and the contents are great for study or research!

I strongly recommend Douglas Falconers book. I loved it as an undergrad. I reviewed "Bioinformatics for Geneticists": Kerr AR, Genetical Res (2007), 89: 123-124. It can be read here http://tinyurl.com/39heg68

Statistical Methods in Genetic Epidemiology from D.C. Thomas is also interesting as it offers a great overview of linkage and association studies. Related resources can be found in the classical textbook of Rothman and Greenland (Modern Epidemiology, chapter 28), or more recently in Clinical Epidemiology (chapter 11). Also it is worth reading the Lancet's special issue on genetic epidemiology (2005, 366).

Elston, Olston and Palmer is a fave. But costly. Ott's is the classic on linkage, not sure if it's on your list.
