Can someone tell me what the other two nomenclatures, besides Ensembl are?
NT/NW
identifiers are NCBI accessions. KI
identifiers are from NCBI's GenBank CON division.
Actually, there are some that don't fit this scheme. What's CM
, GL
and HSCHR
? I guess the latest is UCSC, but the others? What's NCBI accessions and what's GenBank CON division? Do you happen to know this? Otherwise, I should also be able to find out by myself now, with knowing what to look for :).

GL/CM are also NCBI accessions. This is the likely left over from early days of human genome.
