Is the USCS hg38.chromAlias.txt file availble in a sorted fashion?

This file contains the aliases of the chromosome names. The first column is the UCSC name, but the other columns are sorted alphabetical. Is there an easy way to sort those? Can someone tell me what the other two nomenclatures, besides Ensembl are?

I am asking how to sort mixed up columns, but having the identifiers NT/NW and KI now, I can. Thanks for that GenoMax . I just didn't know these.

NT/NW identifiers are NCBI accessions. KI identifiers are from NCBI's GenBank CON division.

Actually, there are some that don't fit this scheme. What's CM, GL and HSCHR? I guess the latest is UCSC, but the others? What's NCBI accessions and what's GenBank CON division? Do you happen to know this? Otherwise, I should also be able to find out by myself now, with knowing what to look for :).

https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/genbank/acc_prefix/

GL/CM are also NCBI accessions. This is the likely left over from early days of human genome.

@Devon ryan has a mappings repository: https://github.com/dpryan79/ChromosomeMappings
