HiC-Pro allValidPairs to bam

Hi all,

I am running HiC-Pro and I need to cover the allValidPairs to bam to use it in Yahs. Does anyone have an idea on how to do this??

I'm assuming you mean "convert". HiC-Pro should also generate a BAM file if this page is to be believed. Is that not the case?
