I have to do the analysis to find the protein binding enriched site for pathogen protein in host plant genome. what may be the possible approach. Please help.

I have genomic data of Sugarcane , and Collectotrichum facultum and i want to analyze that where on the cis regulatory region of sugarcane, these fungi sequence potentially bind and express. These potential site will give an idea about the enrichment site in genomic region of sugarcane for binding of these fungi.
