Hello! I have a gff file from Vector Base. I want it to convert it to a 12-column BED file format (http://genome.ucsc.edu/FAQ/FAQformat.html#format1). After converting it to a 12-column BED file format, I want it to convert to BedBig format for UCSC trackhub visualization. Do you have any suggestions?
