xCell different between R and website

I did xCell on the website and on R but I have two different results:

you have any idea of why? Did it happen to someone else? (I used the same matrix for both the analysis)

What type of data did you analyze ? Is it RNA-seq ?

yes, is a matrix of bulk rna-seq

Did you check the RNA-seq box on the website ?

Yes, on the website i put N=64 and I sign for RNA-seq data bottom

Maybe try to provide a few lines of your dataset to the package creator, as I saw you opened an issue on gihub
