which i want to know is that if the datasets for v4/v5 are also appropriate for v3?

Thank you, but in the following paper (https://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S2211926420301016#f0015) they use BUSCO v3 and all their BUSCO gene names start with EOG. I am trying to obtain the sequences of these genes but I haven't been able to find them.

I see. You may need to ask EZlab directly about this since only v.4/v.5 data seems to be now available.
