I have been reviewing the documentation for GAPIT3, and I noticed that if explicitly mentions that all models within GAPIT3 are linear models. Given this information, I am curious to inquire whether it is accurate to assume that there are no suitable models in GAPIT for phenotypic traits categorized as binary class or multi class.
