Visualize module preservation results

Does anyone know how to plot the stats from module preservation output? Is there a way we could plot the z.summary scores?

Why do you keep opening new questions instead of following up on existing ones?

• How can we be sure that this module preservation is comparing the same module genes in the two groups?
• WGCNA module preservation
• you had another but a moderator deleted it
