Hello!

I used 3D refine to refine the model of a protein I'm working on. It generated five refined models. How do I judge which one is the best? Which parameter should I look at?

Does the tool not offer any metrics for how the models are refined and chosen?

There are some fairly standard tools like TM-score or pLDDT but it depends on the model and manner of refining as to what is relevant.

The tool shows the refinement score and the RWPlus. The lower the refinement score, the better. The same goes for the RWPlus. After a while I understood what to do. Thank you very much for your reply!
