Domains of protein

I would like to find the transcript domains of a protein. I have downloaded the subunit that i want on ncbi, but i can only get the aminoacids fast file, i want the domains of the protein. The protein that i have working is MTOR, and i want the transcript domains in fast format, how can i get?

I use uniprot to get this protein level information. For example, here are the predicted domains and motifs for MTOR: Family & Domains. If you add them to your 'cart' you can download a fasta file or manually paste the sequence into you own.

but i need the rna sequence of this domains, the transcript form to create primers, how can i do?
